A step towards a new journey

The combination of many fields or studies will bring the world to an era of high intellectual and tech savvy nation. This responsibility mainly falls on the shoulder of younger generation since we are tomorrow’s leaders who will pave this world towards a better future enduring the challenges. The booming information and leading researches just keep on adding various scopes of studies widening the angle from common niches. However, there are still some who are adamant with their decision of picking up what is popularly known and acknowledged in the society.

Tertiary education is an important aspect after acquiring the basic foundation for 11 years. The implementation of tertiary education is done through private and government institutions and we gain admission through the submission of the application via online. It always feels good to attain what we dreamed for so long but somehow many expectations are turning into disappointments nowadays. Of course, it’s tough to handle broken dreams through adaptation since the unfairness by seeing others beautiful fate forcefully brings us down. We forget to weigh the good options still available out there as well as still grab onto the opportunity which knocked our door in the beginning. In addition to that, we begin to think of the outside world, whether what we study will be willingly accepted or not since it’s a normal instinct for us to think fast forward and head towards the uncertain future forgetting the precious present.

Let all those tears dry through confidence when you are not offered the course you desired. It’s not an easy task but believe on the unique destiny of yours and look through the syllabus of the offered course. Look at the compilation of  knowledge and learn it with pride because you have acquired a new set of knowledge and even though you are doubtful to put it to test at first, gradually you’ll gain the courage to perceive throughout your life journey. Most importantly, enjoy what you are learning so that you will always seek additional knowledge to ensure you are in advance and you are able to share the knowledge with others who don’t know the existence of this new course. If you are the first batch of a new course, then accept that challenge and think wisely before giving away the opportunity because through unwitty talks by people you tend to forget that you are the chosen one. 

 

If those who get to study what they want are lucky, then you are luckier since you are able to gain extra knowledge in a new field. Luck will become the most desired fortune cookie right after the results are out. Those who instantly gain their green light will be extremely excited while those who are in red or yellow light category will be in line to question their fate. New is scary and the door to exit will never be far giving us an easy way to escape. Yet, when you overcome it and think twice before reaching for the exit door, in a few years’ time you will graduate as a professional in your own field and carry the responsibility of making it renown. Everything had a beginning and failure became the remedy to success since every step after failure is a step towards success and of course, every success came with a painful history.

Besides that, when the decision comes from your heart you will be ready to go anywhere even when it’s hard to leave behind your family and friends. Look forward to the new experiences that will shape you into a better person, so never let geographical locations be a restriction. Every location will have exciting places to explore and of course different dishes to allow your taste buds to gain some new experiences. Take advantage of this time frame, and go on some exciting outings with your friends but always keep in mind about safety. Create tons of memories where it’ll turn out to be a good story to read and share later in life. All these happy thoughts won’t fill our mind at the very beginning stage since the slight fear of being in a new place gets on the way. Stepping foot outside of the campus compound will be challenging but give yourself a chance as well as plan journeys safely and then you will be on your way to clicking memorable moments!

 Always believe that you will contribute to this nation through your own skilled version. It does not matter if it’s entirely through a new perspective because the world runs through the beautiful combination of Arts and Science. The high technology advances in Science is synchronized with the skills in Arts making life easier and better. Every creation has a purpose as such as every new knowledge which is being planned to be inculcated into students. Thus, contemplate on decisions before hastening and wishing the very best to all those who are getting ready to embark on a new journey while to those who haven't resolved yet don't give up!
