When the tables are turned

Each of us is governed by our own world. We are so focused on our goals and always wish to strive for the best. These achievements are not done to name us as “attention seekers” but to prove our capability. When the hidden potentials are put to test, one it might lead us to what we want or lead us to a totally new world where we will have to pull through it. But somehow, we do find our place in this world and never wish to withdraw from it. We learn to face challenges which fall our way and among that would be scheduling some time for our loved ones.

Our loved ones can be anyone and in our busy schedule, it’s sometimes so hard to make time for them. That “NO TIME” will never come out that easily from our mouth because we worry confessing it will lead us to denial at the end. People lose the patience to understand the significance of silence because silence can mean many things. Most importantly, that silence will never let one forget another.

My friend here has a very busy schedule. Keeping oneself occupied is the essence of life since at that time one will start to explore many things and we will be able to identify our potential. So due to that rule, there will be a blue tick but no reply or sometimes it will take a whole long time for the tick to turn blue. There will be good mornings but no good nights.  The most common question we ask “Have you eaten?” but sometimes it will be more than that. Getting engaged in a long conversation is a mere impossibility. Does that mean ignorance or maybe arrogant? Well, I don’t know what others might think. As for me, my friend is fulfilling a dream and a duty which requires dedication and cannot be delayed either postponed. In life, certain things need to be sacrificed and of course, it comes with a price.

Human has this tendency to pinpoint a person’s mistake and shoot continuously till the gun runs out of a bullet. Have we ever tried turning the tables, where we are in the same situation like those who run out of time to reply those messages? When everyone starts to give this stern looks or drops bad comments at “US” then we will understand the meaning of cruelty. I do understand that it hurts to feel less attention from our loved ones. But why think as such when in that silence there are many good intentions as well? One example which came to my mind was all the army’s wives out there. Husbands leave home without an exact date of returning home. Yet, the wife will lead a normal life during his absence some will give birth to a child while some will be raising kids on the other side. The absence makes the relationship grow stronger and makes the presence of love more prevalent.

Life will never turn out to be as we wish. Yes, we put our heart and effort but they will always be these gaps where no one can live up to. The easiest solution for this is a mutual understanding since that is when we learn to turn the tables and start thinking wisely. Let’s appreciate those busy people out there by making them feel complete and when we do trust me each day will be beautiful even with silence. Cherish the memories every day and when you’re with them after so long make sure each second counts and make the best of it.

SPECIALLY DEDICATED FOR THOSE BUSY PEOPLE OUT THERE! You are valued as well.
